Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes what data the Qaizo apps ("the App", "we") collect, how we use it, and your choices. It applies to all apps published by Qaizo Studio, including Senik and Biased.

Data we collect

Account data (only if you sign in)

• Email address (when you sign in via email or Google)
• A unique user ID assigned by Firebase Authentication
• Sign-in provider (email or Google)

You can use the App without signing in ("Skip for now"). In that case, no account data is collected.

Usage data (anonymous, opt-in)

• Card opens, swipes, scenario votes — used to compute aggregate statistics ("how many readers chose option A") and your daily streak
• These events are stored locally on your device (AsyncStorage) and, only if you are signed in, in your private user document on Firebase Firestore
• You can disable analytics at any time in Settings → Analytics

Crash reports (opt-in)

• Stack traces and device model are sent if the App crashes
• Used solely to fix bugs
• You can disable crash reports in Settings → Crash reports

Notifications

• Daily reminder time and your preference are stored locally
• We do not send push notifications from a server unless you opt in via Settings

What we do NOT collect

• Real name, age, gender, location (beyond device locale)
• Contacts, photos, microphone, camera
• Browsing history outside the App
• Behavior data sold to third parties

Third-party services

• Firebase Authentication (Google) — to sign you in
• Firebase Firestore (Google) — to store your saved cards and streak across devices
• Firebase Analytics (Google, opt-in) — anonymous usage statistics
• Google Play Integrity API — verifies the App was installed from Google Play (App Check)
• Apple App Attest (iOS, future) — same purpose for iOS
• RevenueCat — to manage subscription state where subscriptions are offered

We do not share data with advertisers or data brokers.

• Access — request a copy of your data: contact us at the email below
• Delete — see the Account & Data Deletion page for in-app and email deletion options
• Export — currently manual (contact us); we plan to add an export button

Children

The App is not directed at children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not sign in or send us any personal information.

Changes

We may update this Policy. The "Last updated" date will reflect the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated through the App.
